What does custom CRM development actually mean at Interdime Software?
It means we build a CRM around the way your team already sells and supports customers, rather than forcing your staff to change their habits to suit a licensed package. You get the fields, stages, reports and integrations that match your own process, and nothing you will never open.
How long does a typical CRM build take from start to finish?
Most projects run for somewhere between eight and sixteen weeks, depending on how many teams are involved and how many outside systems need connecting. We give you a written schedule after the discovery stage, and we keep to it unless you ask us to change the scope.
How much will a custom CRM cost, and how do you price the work?
We quote a fixed price for each stage of the build, so you know the cost before any work begins. The total depends on the number of users, the complexity of your pipelines and the systems we need to link to, and we set it out plainly in the proposal.
Can the system connect to the tools we already use every day?
Yes, in most cases. We regularly connect CRM platforms to email, accounts software, telephony, websites and internal databases. If a tool has an API we can usually reach it, and where it does not, we will tell you honestly before you commit.
Who owns the code and the data once the project is finished?
You do. Interdime Software hands over the source code and the database on completion, together with documentation. You are free to host the system wherever you choose, and you are not tied to us for support unless you want to be.
What sort of support do you offer after the system goes live?
We agree a support arrangement with you before launch, covering fixes, small changes and help for your staff. Some clients prefer a monthly retainer, others prefer to call us as needed, and either arrangement is fine by us.
